Percy Rojas

PROFESSIONAL CHEF

He was born and raised in Peru, since childhood he helped in the kitchen of his family. He wanted to enter the medical career but did not pass the exam at the university, however he studied a cooking course and went to work in a French food restaurant.

He fell in love with the kitchen environment, which she found very energizing and challenging. She discovered that she has a special talent for learning the business of cooking. After many years working, he decided to start his own business and moved from Cosrtarica to Orlando Florida and later to Miami. While working at one of Miami’s Elite restaurants, he develops his own recipes to craft the Inka Grill menu.

Seeing that tourism has grown in Roanoke a lot, He decided to move to that area because he saw the potential of Peruvian food by bringing several friends and family to start this wonderful business.
